Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Gifted Minds SEN. By accessing or using our website, scheduling sessions, or engaging with our tutors, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide tutoring services tailored to each individual child at their comfort in their own home. All sessions are scheduled in advance.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Booking and Payment
• Tutoring sessions must be booked in advance via our platform or through direct communication.
• Payment must be made in full before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept debit/credit card.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least [e.g., 24 hours] notice.
• Cancellations made within less than 4 of the session may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds or credits are at our discretion and will be processed within 4/7 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
• We strive to provide high-quality tutoring but do not guarantee academic results.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
